Where to Start?...

I don't even know where to start my story (as you can tell given the header).  I live every day with Bipolar Type II Disorder, Crohn's Disease, Fibromyalgia and an Anxiety Disorder.  I started this blog to help express my frustrations with the Healthcare system and the disconnect between conventional practices such as Family Practitioners and Mental Health Providers.  Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
